On the day of delivery
-Clear all access paths: Ensure there are no obstacles from the entrance to the room where your furniture will be placed.
-Prepare the room: The area should be clean and ready for the delivery team to access easily.
-Protect your floors: If you are concerned about your flooring, we recommend placing protective coverings or mats in the delivery path to safeguard surfaces during installation.
-Remove wall décor or fragile items: Take down any artwork or decorative items from tight or narrow hallways.
Our delivery specialists focus solely on the careful delivery and assembly of your new King Living furniture. To maintain safety, protect your belongings, and ensure a smooth delivery process, our team is unable to move or rearrange any existing furniture.

Two days before your scheduled delivery, you will receive a text message from our Despatch team. This message will include a three-hour delivery window, helping you to plan your day with ease.

On the day of delivery, you will receive a link to track your driver in real time. This lets you see exactly where your delivery is and be ready when it arrives.

During the purchase process, you'll be asked about the layout and access conditions of your delivery address, such as stairs, elevators, door widths, and other potential obstructions.
Step 2. We'll schedule a visit
If potential access issues are identified, a professional will schedule a visit to your home.
This should ideally occur before proceeding with a quotation or placing a production order, as it may influence your purchasing decision.
Step 3. We’ll assess the access
During the visit, the delivery team assesses entry points, measures dimensions, and notes any barriers. Parking and unloading logistics are also reviewed.
Step 4. We’ll evaluate the results
The findings are reported back to the delivery team to plan accordingly, including arranging tools or extra support.
After the inspection, you'll be informed of the results. If any significant access issues are identified, our team may recommend alternative solutions before finalising your order.
Step 5. Delivery day
On delivery day, the team executes the plan based on the access check, ensuring an efficient and secure process.
You have the option to conveniently collect your King Living order from our warehouse locations across Australia. Follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth pickup experience:
1. Finalise your order
Complete your full payment at least 7 business days before your preferred collection date. This ensures our team has ample time to prepare your order for pickup.
2. Stay informed
Make sure your contact details are up to date. Our Despatch Team will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection.
3. Schedule your pickup
Once you receive your notification, simply schedule your collection date. Please allow 2 business days for our warehouse team to prepare your order for pickup.
4. Confirm your collection location
Our Despatch Team will provide you with the pickup address and instructions. Below are the warehouse details, operating hours, and arrival guidelines for each location.
5. What to bring
To collect your order, please bring:
-Your Sales Order number
-Your Order confirmation email
-Photo identification for verification
6. Arranging a courier
If you are unable to collect your order personally, you may arrange for a courier:
Provide your courier with the collection address, pickup details, and your Sales Order number.
Advise them if the order includes large or fragile items requiring special handling.
7. Loading your purchase
Please note:
Our Warehouse Team cannot assist with loading items into your vehicle.
Ensure you bring enough help to safely load your order and secure it for transport to avoid damage.
8. Sign upon collection
Once your order is loaded, you will be asked to sign a Collection Note confirming receipt of your items.
