Reporting to the Showroom Manager, our Customer Service Coordinator provides advice to the customer over the phone in relation to our products and warranty claims. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career with a rapidly growing, fully Australian owned company! There is plenty of opportunity for professional growth for the right candidate.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving inbound phone calls and understanding the customer's concern
  • Processing of customer service orders 
  • Providing a high level of customer service 
  • Data entry- issues, customer details, customer requests

Skills and attributes required:

  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Understanding of SAP desirable
  • A strong & professional work ethic
  • Self-motivated
  • Attention to detail
  • Well presented
